Accompanied viewings

We accompany every viewing to our clients homes. Some sellers prefer to be out during viewings and some to stay in, every client is as an individual so we take instructions specific to the client as to what works best for them.

However and whenever the viewings are our clients know that prospective buyers will always be accompanied by a full time and experienced member of staff so as to optimise the chances of a successful outcome and if not then to gain important feedback from viewers.
